Nina Technologies
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
This policy explains what information Nina Technologies collects through ninatechllc.com, why we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website and to project inquiries you send to us.
1. Information we collect
When you submit the project form or contact us by email, we collect the information you provide, such as your work email, target site URL, task description, expected volume, and any other details you choose to share.
We and our infrastructure providers may also collect standard technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, and the time of your visit.
2. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and evaluate potential projects.
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services and website.
- Understand website traffic and measure inquiry completions.
- Protect the website, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
3. Inquiry delivery and Cloudflare
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The project form is processed by a Cloudflare Worker and delivered through Cloudflare Email Service to Nina Technologies. Information submitted through the form is processed by Cloudflare for those purposes.
You can read more in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website and to measure page views, including visits to the inquiry confirmation page. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to collect usage information.
You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
5. When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and deliver our services, when required by law, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
If Nina Technologies is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
6. Retention and security
We keep inquiries and correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for project discussions, service delivery, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Retention for technical logs and analytics data may also depend on provider settings.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Your choices
You can manage cookies through your browser and opt out of Google Analytics with the add-on linked above. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our website, providers, or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
